Timeframes

The quicker we receive your proof approval, the quicker you will receive your order.  If we do not receive email approval, your order will not go into production.

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 weeks of approval. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched from our Seaford, VIC, warehouse.

 

Refunds & Returns

Once you place your order for your custom built sign, you will recieve 1 proof included for approval. Once we have your approval in an email, we will send your sign to production. 

Unfortunately, due to the customised nature of work we do, we are unable to provide a refund, return or exchange for the products we sell.

If for some reason you are unhappy with the result of your sign, please contact us at enquiries@burstgraphics.com.au with your order number, name and number and we will have someone reach out to resolve your issue.

 

Delivery

We offer Australia Wide Delivery which is calculated at the checkout. Our items can be large and bulky so we recommend collecting if you are local to Seaford.

All items are insured through our couriers, so if your order has been harmed while it has been transported, please get in touch with us and we will resolve and replace your item.

 

Local Pick Up

We offer local pick up which can be selected at checkout. This is free of charge. We are located at 1 Curie Court, Seaford, Victoria. We offer Click & Collect between 9am-5pm Weekdays. Please wait until you have received an email that your order is ready to collect.
